    This letter of recommendation concerns the sale of 11204 Crossbeam Court, Reston Virginia, 20194 in May of 2024. After an extensive search for a high-quality real tor to assist in the sale of my property at 11204 Crossbeam Court, it became clear from the outset that Jeffrey Cann, with his professionalism, experience and determination was the lone realtor who could handle what at the time was a very complex sale of the property in question. The property was co-owned with another party who proved to be very contentious and uncooperative regarding the sale. The fact that the other party also was occupying the property made the transaction even more challenging. Lastly, the property was in imminent danger of being foreclosed on by two separate financial institutions with multiple legal teams involved. Jeffrey worked tirelessly and diligently on this project for well over a year negotiating with the other party involved to prepare the property for sale.
