Jeff was amazing. Our NYC coop had languished unsold for more than a year with another broker, who only managed to bring in one lowball offer, below the asking price, from a candidate that the board then rejected. We were desperate to sell. We changed brokers and hired Jeff, who had just sold another apartment in our building. Jeff came in, had the place photographed within a week, then went through his procedures and methods, and scheduled an open house. From that first open house, we got two serious offers, both well above asking price. Jeff advised us on which buyer would be more likely to be approved by our coop board. That buyer was indeed approved, and the deal got done, in the tight time frame we needed it to.
