Jeff was my broker when I recently purchased a co-op (my first home purchase, ever!) The logistics of buying a home were a bit overwhelming, but Jeff immediately, calmly, and assuredly, broke it down into steps. On the day of the closing, he traveled back and forth between boroughs when there was a potential problem with the co-op that might have delayed the final sale. And he solved the problem!
