As a first-time home seller, I don't know what I expected a real estate agent to do, but I know that Jillian surpassed any and every hope I might have had -- part real estate expert, part general contractor, part therapist, and part friend. She and her team all put in way more work than I ever would have expected.Our first meeting with Jillian was almost a year before we were going to put our home on the market. She used that time to help us get our home in the best possible condition. She told us what to spend money on, and more importantly she told us what we shouldn't spend money on.

We worked with Jillian and Kayla to buy a home in February 2022. They were fantastic and work amazingly well together as a team. They were real with us about what it takes to transact in this hot market, and connected us with great lenders, inspectors, etc who could make everything easy and competitive. When we started, we thought we would not be able to buy a "competitive" property -- we thought we'd have to find something that had been on the market a while, a fixer upper, etc. We ended up winning a competitive home that was perfect for us and we couldn't imagine existed before we started the process. Jillian is the best! Where to begin? As first time homebuyers, she was very patient to explain each step of the process, so that we felt comfortable each step of the way. She really listened to our wants and needs, and was very quick to follow up on pre-listed properties that fit our criteria so that we were often the first people to view the property once it came on market. During the offer process, Jillian was an expert at helping us weigh the pros and cons of pre-inspections, short closing periods, escalations, and other contingency waivers -- listening to our needs and helping us craft offers that were competitive but that we felt comfortable with making. With Jillian's expertise, we only needed to make two offers in this extremely competitive market. During the pre-closing period, Jillian and her team were exceptionally responsive, working closely with the lender and the settlement agent to make sure everything went smoothly (during a 17-day closing period no less)! Everything was very seamless, and the instructions from her team were clear and easy to follow, so that closing day was an absolute breeze. Cannot recommend highly enough!!
