I had the pleasure of working with John Kulp in my search for a Palm Beach condominium after years of searching and navigating a difficult market. When I first met John Kulp he was working at the Colony Hotel in Delray Beach.When my husband passed away, I began to think about moving to Florida to be closer to my grandchildren who were growing up too quickly. I wanted to be able to watch their sports, plays, concerts and debates without getting on a plane. I knew that John had a real estate license and would be a realtor who listened to my needs. It wasn't long before he found me a wonderful condominium in a community that is filled with people who have become new friends. He navigated the inevitable complexities of a real estate transaction with attention and dexterity. I wanted to walk away from the sale when the seller refused to fix windows that wouldn't open. John didn't try to convince me that it would be an easy fix after the sale Or that I would easily find a place as well-suited to me if I walked away. Either of those arguments would have gotten me to back out. He simply managed to get the windows operational and placated the seller. I credit John with helping me find my condominium where I am happily settled in a place that suits me. He has a wonderful set of abilities that allow him to work out details.

We have vacationed in Delray Beach for 40 years following the path of two generations of our family that owned homes in the area. We had been looking for a winter home for several years on our own, but did not find what we needed. Two years ago we got serious about finding our perfect winter home and contacted John Kulp to help us. With our goals in mind, he helped us find the perfect home after looking at only 10 properties and we signed a contract 30 days after working with him. John was kind, generous, easy to work with and a great support in navigating the Florida real estate environment. We are glad we met John, and our new home is our perfect retreat from the cold North.
