We are out-of-state and just sold our rental property in NJ without lifting a hand after we signed the listing agreement with Jose Rodriguez/ Corcoran Infinity Properties. From start to finish, Jose guided us through the process. He gave us confidence that we could get our asking price. In fact, we had multiple offers and sold it for over the asking! Jose exceeded our expectations making sure the smoke detectors and fire extinguishers were changed for us to pass inspection. He also saved the sale from falling through when the buyer presented an issue by providing options for our lawyer to counter back. The transaction had its ups and downs, but we never worried since we felt truly taken care of. In my mind, Jose is the best realtor ever!

Jose helped us be competitive and also to negotiate at the appropriate times. I think we finally sealed the deal on the third property we made on offer on. Jose Rodriguez was very professional, but also very friendly and a pleasure to work with during the 9 months I was looking for a home. It was indeed a rollercoaster ride, as he described, but everything was so worth it, because Jose was a part of our journey towards finding the perfect home for us.
