    Julia helped me purchase a new house in Houston in June 2021. The circumstances were relatively challenging because I only had a month or so to close, but Julia really came through for me and shone through the entire process. She went through the basics with me, and beyond that, she made sure I really understood what I was getting into. She helped me to formulate an acceptable offer, and once it was accepted, she was relentless in dealing with the seller's agent to make sure that all necessary repairs would be completed in time for closing. On a more personal level, I loved our interactions and I would definitely use her services again--in fact, I plan to do so when it will come to sell my current place! She's awesome and I couldn't recommend her more highly.
    Julia is absolutely top-notch. She helped find our amazing home under tight time constraints, and aced negotiations on our behalf.
