Julian Sapala was an incredible real estate agent who went above and beyond to help me buy my first home. I had my heart set on a particular building, and Julian found me an off-market unit that exceeded my expectations. He truly held my hand throughout the entire process, always making sure I understood each step. What impressed me most was his dedication—he responded to my questions and concerns at the most random hours of the day, always making me feel like a priority. Julian helped my partner and I navigate the home buying process in Brooklyn as first time homebuyers.  Buying in NYC can be intimidating, but Julian was incredibly patient and happy to share his knowledge, which made us feel more secure and comfortable in the process.We put an offer for a condo and soon realized that we had made a mistake. Julian was very reassuring and let us know that this was very common and OK, and he encouraged us to take our time with the process. Soon after, we found the condo we wanted!There were issues that arose on our part but Julian and our entire team (it’s worth noting that despite our due diligence, we decided on going with Julian’s referrals for bank and lawyer!), were incredibly supportive. Thanks to all their hard work, we managed to buy the condo.We also had the great pleasure of working with Nicky, who took us to see properties and gave us a ton of advice and knowledge on each property.
