First off Kari, I think what made my home buying experience the greatest was the fact that you were very patient with me. I had specific requests for my townhouse, which limited us in our searching. We saw what feels like 100 houses! Additionally, you helped me submit 4 (or 5 - I forget now) offers, all of which were short sales, which you knew would take a long time and would be a frustrating situation for yourself and I. Even with those 4 offers submitted, you continued searching for me. And we saw a lot of houses after those 4 offers were submitted. You made a stressful situation very relaxing! You knew what I wanted and listened to my requests. You were able to walk in a house and point out everything that I previously told you I was looking for. I liked that because you did not force me, or try to force me, to like something that I did not initially want. You also pointed out a lot of details that I would have never thought about. Since this was my first time buying a house, I really appreciated that and feel it definitely helped me choose the perfect place. Never did I feel rushed or feel as if I was bothering you. My husband and I had a great experience working with Kari throughout the selling process. Kari was the first (and only) person we turned to when we decided to put our house on the market. We knew right away that we'd choose her because my husband worked with her when he bought the house we were about to sell. She was always available when we needed her, she gave great advice (which helped us get a contract on the house within days of listing it), and she made the process seem easy for us (which must have meant she was working extra-hard behind the scenes). I highly recommend Kari Steinberg as your next realtor. I literally could not have asked for a better experience in selling my home. My situation was unique because I was relocating for a job with a company-sponsored moving package. The relo company is not always the easiest to work with but Kari was always on top of all their required documents and procedures. I also had to physically move several states away before I was able to sell my home so was not around for many of the pre-sale prep milestones such as deep cleaning, staging, etc., but Kari seamlessly arranged for all of these things to be done and even rolled up her sleeves and dove right in if needed! Kari always communicated effectively with me and all parties involved and conducted her business with exceptional integrity.
