Katelyn was a fantastic agent. She was very knowledgeable about the market and how to target the specific buyers for our property. We were impressed with the level of detail she provided to us in her initial market analysis and came prepared with an ideal price point for sale. She suggested a "sneak peek" which helped drum up interest in the property and provided us with beautiful photos which showed the property at its full potential. Her attention to detail and negotiations during settlement were key in our property's sale. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to list their current property!

Katelyn was AMAZING! The house buying process is overwhelming and there are so many details to worry about, but She was with us EVERY Step of the way to explain things. She had to deal with some curve balls and challenges throughout the process from us and the seller we were dealing with, but she was so flexible and professional the entire time. I don't know what we'd do without her. I would recommend her a million times over!

And, once the offer was accepted, she managed all of the back and forth with the seller (home inspection negotiations etc.) while keeping us informed about everything that was going on. As a first-time buyer, I wasn't really sure what to expect when going through this process, but Katelyn made it seem super easy! Everything was really streamlined, every time we met it felt like I was making progress towards finding a place. The first day we met, she described the process, and then we went through what I was looking for (cost, location etc.) so she could start looking for places, and I was also introduced to a lender so I could get that process started as well. We then went to a variety of places on the market, and by the end of the day I found a great place (that I ended up purchasing). Katelyn was able to negotiate a lower price within the next couple of days, and after submitting the offer, was constantly in-touch to make sure I was informed about what was going on. After the offer was accepted, she pretty much organized everything for me (really don't know what I would've done without her), and made the largest purchase of my life also one of the easiest. I came into this worried about how complicated it would be, but Katelyn made sure that it was a great experience, and I would recommend her to anyone.
