Exceptional Service! Phenomenal Experience with Overseas Families Moving Home. All Transactions leading to final closing conducted 11 time zones away. Katie, while meeting her work schedule and family's demands, still found time to come to my home to share coffee and explain the steps in getting a home ready for sale. Any question I had was quickly answered from her own knowledge or through her research. Katie proved to be a valued asset in meeting the many steps necessary to get a house to market. One of her first steps was putting me in contact with a trusted contractor, who gave my house the needed look for a welcoming curb appeal. Next step was the downsizing, followed by the house inspection, repairs, the house staging, open house and taking contracts for purchase. These steps and more got me a fair price for my house.
