Always prompt to respond via text/email, their attention to detail like writing a clean contract, establishing a line of communication with the selling agent (Kim went out of her way to attend open house to meet selling agent) made our offer stand out among many competing offers. We would highly recommend Kim and Stacy to anyone looking to sell or buy a house in the DC area.
