We were very lucky to have Kim on our side. We decided to move closer to work, and now happily have a new home on W72 Street and West End Ave.During the process, Kim was quick to respond, knew what we needed and walked us through the entire process as if she were purchasing the apartment for herself.Unbeknownst to us or Kim, we found ourselves in a somewhat complicated situation and had to navigate through some difficulties.  Without going into detail, at some point we questioned our motivation for making a move.Throughout the proceedings, Kim believed that it would work, and with her encouragement and positivity we now are the very proud owners of exactly what we wanted. I was lucky enough to meet Kim early on in our search for a new home. She was representing an apartment that we were interested in, and while that apartment wasn’t a good fit for us, Kim and I decided to meet for coffee to discuss our house hunting. For the next six months Kim worked to find us just the right place. We would travel within NYC and up to Westchester County, and other surrounding areas looking for the perfect home. After each home/apartment/condo/co-op, Kim would debrief me/us to determine what the pluses and minuses were for each place to help us zero in on the perfect home. And at the end of six months, we found it, moved in, and it is perfect. And all the time Kim was a joy to work with, professional, pleasant, and insightful.Her years of experience and knowledge of the markets were evident every time we met. Her patience when she would show us a wonderful home and we’d say, very nice, but not quite what we are looking for, was astounding.
