I'm writing to share my wonderful experience working with one of your team members, Levi Epstein. I've been searching for an apartment for myself and my kids in the Prospect Park vicinity for months. As I'm sure you're aware, there's no shortage of overpriced and frankly depressing apartments to be seen, and I've generally found the brokers who showed them to be impatient and brusk at best and rude and unresponsive at worst. Since I've been in NYC for over twenty years, this wasn't a surprise. But while currently going through a divorce and searching for a new home for myself and my kids, rude and unhelpful brokers makes an already painful process much worse. I share this background to illustrate what an incredible breath of fresh air working with Levi was. I texted him about a listing on St Johns Place on Wed Feb 15 around 10:45am. He responded within 15 minutes, offering to show me the apartment within the hour. We met at noon, and he patiently showed me what was yet another fairly bleak apartment.
