Linda patiently spent over 2 years with us as we cautiously proceeded to purchase a second home. We made numerous trips to Florida and looked at a wide variety of homes, which may have tested the resolve of any other Realtor, but Linda always welcomed us with a smile and a story. We finally settled on a home in Ft. Lauderdale, and Linda was right there with us every step on the way.

I am a life-long resident of West Plm Beach (born here) and personally know many Realtors. Too many real estate agents become Realtors as a second career or as a hobby and too many don't even know the streets and must use a map just to discuss locations. We have specific requirements about our dream house - it must have at least three bedrooms, have rental property attached and must be located in either historic Flamingo Park or Grandview Heights, areas Linda Cullen is very familiar with and she knows that we are willing to wait for the right house to come along. We have complete confidence that she will know it when it does. Linda is with us for the "long haul", as she puts it.
