Linh helped us with purchasing our first home and made our experience super fun and enjoyable. She was very professional and always very responsive to our emails and phone calls. She was very patient with us throughout the process because we asked so many questions and needed so many things to be explained to us. I worked with Elite Pacific Realtor, Linh Lopez, on 2 properties – one she sold for me and one she found for me to buy. When I was renovating the one she sold for me, she gave me tips on the type of ceiling fans, pendant lights, and other fixtures to install. Linh did an outstanding job from start to finish with getting my condo listed and sold! We initially met to get her assessment of my condo and what it could reasonably list at based on the market. She also suggested some quick fixes I could do to help my unit stand out from other listings. I agreed to make the (mostly) cosmetic fixes, and within a few days of completing my work, she brought in furniture to stage the apartment and took professional photographs for the listing. Linh helped my husband and I buy our two property rentals in Mililani. She was very good at negotiating a special cash deal with my first property and for the second, was able to refer me to a wonderful hardworking local mortgage company as well. They worked extremely well together. Not only that, she helped secure tenants as well! With her background in finance, she brings more to the table then other realtors ive worked with.
