Maria Birgy helped me buy my first home. She was extremely patient as it took me (literally) years to find what I was looking for. Once I did find the right home, she smoothly and expertly guided me through the entire home-purchasing process. There were several point where I had to make my own decisions (inspections, etc.), and she gave me all the relevant information I needed, but left the decision-making to me. She was always friendly and supportive. And her turn-around time in replying to my queries couldn't have be more timely.
