Mark helped me get my first home in NY. I was satisfied with his explanations about the apartment and the conditions, which allowed me to decide to move in. Even though the paperwork and the approval process was slow and sometimes not good, because of the irresponsive building management. However I think it’s not Mark’s fault and he has handled the situation quite well. I was also making some mistakes, but he was patient and kind to help me. So far, after 3 weeks from the move-in, I am very happy with the contract. I appreciate his effort to make the deal among I and over-tenant and the building, that was under unusual and difficult circumstances and recommend him to anyone looking for a home in NYC.
