Marvin was exceptional in all aspects of our move and lease signing process. He was accommodating with our requests, streamlined communications with the landlord for speedy execution of the lease, and went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable in the new space, including helping arrange inspections and minor improvements. 10/10 experience and overall great guy who takes his job very seriously. He also did all of this (true white glove service) while recovering from a leg surgery. You are in good hands with Marvin.

I have been through the process of selling properties and purchasing properties with Marvin for my family. From start to finish all four transactions exceeded my expectations. Him and his team was worth every penny. Marvin and his team were able to create renderings and market the property in a fashion that garnered strong interest. We obtained 5 offers, one of which was at ask. The first deal fell through, while some brokers may rush to lower the price due to a slowing economy, Marvin instead approached the second highest bidder and obtain a near ask offer.
