Matthew took care of so many little details getting us ready for the sale it would be impossible to list them all. He made the experience easy and painless. He was great at dealing with difficult neighbors and smoothing ruffled feathers. Matthew is super personable and when we first sat down with he and Courtney we immediately felt like we were in good hands. We were given some homework and tasks that set us off on exploration of what we were looking for and it was a great place to start. Throughout the process Matt was super thorough with inspections and disclosures and making sure we knew what we were looking at. There were no surprises. He and Courtney were also always helpful with us arriving at competitive offers. For the home we wound up purchasing he and Courtney were the right amount of assertive and supportive and we were able to go into contract with inspections, appraisal, and loan contingencies all in tact.
