I would highly recommend Melanie if you are looking for a realtor. She helped us buy our first home, and in my opinion really went above and beyond our expectations. Melanie is extremely knowledgeable and really guided us through every step of the process as first time home buyers, from the initial call to learn what we were looking for, touring properties, suggesting a mortgage lender, making an offer, negotiations with the seller, all the inspections and intricacies in the contract phase all the way through getting our keys to our new home. She scheduled and attended every inspection, compiled a list of vendors for us, stayed on top of the mortgage lender and escrow officer when there were questions or discrepancies and so much more.

Melanie is a closer. She genuinely cares about her clients no matter the amount or complexity of the home. She keeps us up-to-date and always delivers, which is extremely important because we depend on her to navigate the home buying process. Melanie has been central to the success of my home buying experience. She has spearheaded searching/bidding efforts, shepherding loan issues, and overseeing the entire process to ensure my home buying experience is seamless. She is tremendous at her job of which I am very happy to work with her for all my home buying needs. With any home buying, I want to know that all of my time and effort is going to produce results. Melanie Dinh went above and beyond! She helped me buy my dream house in Lamorinda, CA. I am a very picky buyer and have a wide range of likes. In addition, I live in Southern CA, have a very busy schedule and it is challenging for me to travel to Northern CA to see a house in person. We are the Lucky Couple. Being able to get a house on this 'HOT Market'. For that you need an extraordinary Realtor to be able to show houses as soon as listed and also providing us with all the information possible and let's not forget looking out after her clients best interest. Melanie is very pleasant to work with as you will be able to tell she works with full dedication and commitment. She puts her heart into helping her client, which I really appreciate. I have a chance to work with Melanie recently for one of our East Bay properties and I feel so bad for her that the transaction took longer than expected due to some hiccups with our tenant. She has helped me to handle the communication with the buyer agent as well as the tenant so that we can close out the transaction in the smoothest way possible without causing any delay. Melanie provided 3D images of the home, aerial footage, and a personalized video introduction. Melanie also hosted an online virtual tour which was very helpful during these uncertain times with Covid-19. Melanie contacted a reputable person to stage the house and everything turned out so good that I almost didn't want to move.

Awesome service, always polite, and very flexible. Melanie was a sweetheart to work with and super helpful to us and our needs. Melanie has been great with helping me and my girlfriend who is moving all the way to the Bay area from Florida in finding an apartment. Once we gave her the our minimum requirements for what we were looking for, she was quickly to find various options meeting our criteria. I liked that she sent us various options by e-mail for us to discard those that we would not be interested in so by the time we had an appointment with her we just concentrated on the best options.
