    I started the process of putting my property up for rent in May with another large firm here in Denver. I was totally disappointed in their performance: poor communication (no regular, scheduled phone calls or emails) and poor attention to detail. I learned after a 17 day period that my property wasn't listed on Zillow, although I was told it was the main platform for renting. I learned that the agent let it fall through the cracks. Fortunately, a mutual friend recommended Meredith and your firm, and within 24 hours, the other firm was history and Meredith had everything back up and running again. Meredith regularly communicated with us. I could always count on her to let me know what was going on and about prospective tenants. She did a great job managing our expectations regarding lead time for our property to be rented. She is honest, forthright, a great communicator, and a great listener. Her people skills very much shine!!! Our tenants move into our home tomorrow. When this year's lease is up, I will definitely contact Meredith again to find the right tenant.
