A neighbor friend introduced me to Moose. I called. He called me right back. We are both hard workers and like to get things done. He is old school and knows folks. Long story short I went with him. He listened to me and he sent me listings that were fantastic and believe it or not the first listing, ended up being the property for my son and I. It was not easy. There were multiple contracts but he knew the selling agent because of his experience and helped me secure the winning contract on a multiple contract mess. And in the end, there was an issue with the appraisal which threw us off of the deal by a considerable amount of money. Moose worked it out in my favor. I wouldn’t have got into my home without his hard work and I am thankful and truly recommend him to anyone in this tough market.

Moose, did an excellent job when I bought the Leesburg home. He had key business relationships with a mortgage lender, as well as a an attorney to make the process better. The mortgage lender gave me the best rate on the market for a house in a competitive area. Also, Moose was able to win the bid easily for me. His negotiations skills that enabled us to win the bid without breaking the bank or doing anything extreme. It was key insights into what the seller wanted. He was able to speak to the seller agent to get that information which allowed us to get the best deal. This also showed me that his communication skills were superb.
