Nadia sold our house is less than two weeks. My wife and I have purchased and sold six houses throughout our marriage. We have worked with six different realtors. Nadia is by far the best realtor we have ever worked with. She is extremely professional and her follow up with details made this sale go very smoothly. I have worked with Nadia several times over the years. She sold us our first house and when we were ready to upgrade, she sold our old house for us and sold us our replacement home. Nadia far exceeded my expectations. I could imagine any more she could have done to improve the experience we had. I have worked with several agents during my travels around the sun. Even being in the real estate industry for a good part of my career, I have never come across a more hardworking, knowledgable, kind and caring agent than Nadia.  She communicated daily throughout the process. She scoured through county records (online and physical) looking for prior wok permits on the home.  Nadia thoroughly reviewed the home and pest inspection reports to make sure there were no major findings missed and to ensure those that were major got repaired. She even found us a carpet cleaning company to come out and clean the carpets on a 12 hour notice the day before move-in.  I could go on and on about helpful Nadia was during the process. However the best compliment I can give is a referral. I will absolutely refer Nadia to all my friends and family in the area when they need a real estate agent.

Cannot improve perfection!

We interviewed 7 agents and Nadia was the most prepared, professional in the way she presented herself, her knowledge as a realtor, she was the only one who walked in with a lap top ready to show us a presentation. Nadia God brought you into our lives. The home we had for sale was our first home we bought and have sold.  God knew we needed someone who would be patient with us, especially me, someone who would smile at all times, someone who would ask questions, even the hard questions to keep communication open, someone who would also explain the process in a way we were able to understand even after asking so many questions, sending e-mails and phone calls.  After 15 year of owning our home, it was hard to walk away, but some how you kept asking, "tell me what you are feeling" which at times we just said, "we are ok" but the fact you asked and would make time to listen and be present is all we could ask for to made the process feel easier.  Even leaving the property, you came, asked if we had everything, not to forget anything, kind of, like telling us, "ok, you got to go", not in a mean way, but in a way that we needed that extra push to leave our home. Are you kidding me? Nadia should train every realtor in the State of California. She is THE BEST. Three for excellent? She needs a thirty. The only downside to working with Nadia is that it spotlights how not as good every other agent you work with in the future is. She really is the best.
