In the spring of 2013, I needed to sell my home northeast of Houston. I contacted Nicole as I had met her previously trying to build a home in Water’s Edge on Lake Houston. From the beginning, I was completely impressed with her effort and professionalism. She provided all the relevant information to realistically price the home, ordered a photographer to take pictures after she personally helped stage the home. With the state of the market, the house went for months with showings but no offers. Nicole kept us informed with the feedback from the showings, and continued to advise on pricing to get as much value from the home as we could. By the end of the summer, I needed to move to Virginia for work and the house was not yet sold. During this time, Nicole went well beyond what I would have expected from a real estate agent. She continued to show the home, helped schedule a plumber to fix a leaky gas line, assisted my neighbor in repairing the front door lock, and made the house available for HVAC work. Since she took care of the items in Houston, I was able to stay in Virginia and not spend the thousands of dollars that last minute round trip airline tickets would have cost me. ...

I lost almost everything I had during hurricane Harvey. That is when I met Nicole and her team they were helping rescue people from our neighborhood and followed up by bringing food and supplies. That’s when we talked about buying instead of renting.
