Niki is the absolute best in the business. As a first time buyer, I had a lot of silly questions, but Niki was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the process. 11/10 would recommend.

Niki is an amazing agent. She is thorough, responsive, helpful and kind. We love working with her and will continue to, for all our real estate needs. We bought our new house through her and she helped rent out our old one. Several houses in our old neighborhood sat on the market for long periods of time but Niki got us several offers within a couple of days! When purchasing our new home, she was very patient with us as we searched for months. She never made us feel pressured to make an offer until we were ready. After working with Niki, I honestly don't know why people complain about the home-buying process. Her team helped demystify the mortgage process. We had an aggressive closing timeline and Niki and her team kept us all on track. Her comps also helped us secure a price that was below what we'd expected to pay. Plus great wine!
