There aren’t enough words to describe Nora’s professionalism and focus on her clients goals. Even when sometimes we get emotional over a sale (or purchase) she always keeps us on track and grounded. She is willing to do whatever it takes to make it happen. We follow Nora wherever she works.

Nora is dedicated and exceptionally knowledgeable about the DC market. She is also very dedicated. In our instance, she helped us get a realistic sense of properties from out of town. Even in her brief absence, she made sure we were well taken care of.

Nora was patient, attentive and answered all of our questions, from start to finish. In a particularly difficult market for buyers, especially as a first-time buyer, she really was our advocate and steered us in the right direction but never made us feel like we weren't in control. She was always willing to answer our questions and go the extra mile at any time--in fact, the home we ended up buying we put in an offer early on the fourth of July weekend.

When my mother passed away in June 2016, I spent the next several months settling her estate which included selling her apartment in NW Washington DC. When I contracted with Nora Burke the following summer I had reached a plateau and was getting frustrated. I told Nora that I needed to sell the apartment and needed motivation to do so. Within three days Nora had lined up various vendors to have an estate sale, a shipper to send heirlooms to my siblings, someone to dispose of whatever was left and then get the apartment in shape for selling. Nora was always supportive and encouraging, offering advice and suggestions on how best to accomplish our mother's wishes. With her help we were able to have the apartment ready for sale in short order. We listed the apartment on a weekend and we had it sold on the next Monday. Thank you Nora for all your support and work that to me was above and beyond the norm of what I had experienced with other realtors.

Working with Nora was incredible! For both buying and selling my condo, Nora was thorough and responsive. She really listened and helped me identify what was important to me and used her expertise to find a property that met my needs.
