Pamela is an outstanding realtor. She was recommended to us by various people in Athens. We did most of our search while living in another state, and Pamela was incredibly knowledgeable about the neighborhoods. She would attend the showings and would FaceTime with us so we could see the inside of the houses as she walked through them. Because she knows the community so well, she knew which houses were about to go on the market, which gave us a competitive edge. The house we bought ended up in a bidding war, and Pamela's experience with offers and contracts helped us think up the most competitive offer, even though we couldn't put as much cash down as some of the other bids offered.
