He handles everything from start to finish and all of his renters have been top notch — I did not need to even lift a finger. Having used many real estate agents in the past I can honestly say he is the best real estate agent!

We had an excellent experience finding an apartment with Jason. Not only did he find the exact size and location 2 bedroom apartment that my sister and I were looking for, but he also found it at a price below our budget. We were working with a few different brokers at the time. Jason was always available and willing to show us apartments at off times that that worked without our hectic schedules.

Very responsive and thorough answering questions, assisting with the paperwork process, and communicating with the property owner regarding any questions or concerns. Was able to move in very quickly coming from losing a previous apartment due to a building fire. Definitely recommended as the agent to work with.
