I have had 10 years of interaction with the Prince Team, first when I bought my apartment in 2012, throughout the 10 years I rented it out and finally as I've sold it recently. In the initial search process they were great, they listened to what I was looking for and organised a very efficient day of visits and gave me solid analysis on the financial returns I could expect (as was for investment). They held my hand during the closing process and everything was smooth. Throughout the 10 years they helped find and interact with the tenants and the building. I considered selling it a couple times and each time they came back quickly with solid information about state of the market. Finally, once I decided for sure to sell they handled all the listing, the viewings and again helped with closing process, finding lawyer etc. I couldn't have asked for a better partner in my real estate journey and will use them again for any NY real estate needs.
