We were not the easiest on Paul. To say we are opinionated and demanding clients is an understatement. We also had a huge contingency to purchase a new home, based on the sale of our existing home. Paul not only navigated the challenges of our contingency with ease, but also managed our demanding personalities with patience and understanding. He guided us through the sale of our house (that we were sentimentally attached to and could not be unbiased on), often going the extra mile with small and big special touches with our family and the families who visited our home. I want a broker that understands my needs and wants. He must be considerate of my time and patient because buying a house is a very big step and a huge commitment. Paul O'Neil was understanding, accommodating and patient throughout the entire process. His attention to detail was excellent and he took the time to really explain each step of the home buying process. This was my first time buying a home and I wasn't sure what to expect, but Paul made it easy and addressed all of my concerns regarding paperwork, contingencies, timelines, etc. Even after my initial interest in a particular property, he took the time to show me another property to see if by chance it fit my needs. It did not, but that reassured my decision on placing an offer on the initial property. It really helped to know what else was out there. I would highly recommend Paul O'Neil.
