Pete worked with us to buy our first home in Virginia and then sell it fourteen years later. His knowledge and advice were invaluable on both ends of our life with that house. Never pushy, very accessible, and kind. Pete was great when I would have some ill conceived idea. He would always kindly say we could try that...but would also always tell me the consequences and if it was contrary to our best interests. When we wanted to buy, Pete found us the perfect home. My aunt recently sold her house and moved to a continuing care residential center. She partnered with realtors Peter Crouch and Katie Garcia-Crouch and it was a superb experience from start to finish! Pete and Katie are more than a full service realtors in that they supported her through all aspects of the move visioning what she'd take to her new home, assisting in down sizing and furniture donations, staging and beautifully photographing her home, listing, showing, arranging for a move manager, and finally completing the closing. Pete and Katie expertly communicated each step of the process. They are a strong team, are staunch advocates for their clients, and work tirelessly for a smooth sale.

We have been working with Pete Crouch since 2003 when we purchased our first Townhome. He has helped us with the purchase of our Single Family Home and a few investment properties in the DC Metro Area. He is very responsive, knowledgeable of the real estate market, honest, patient with all our requests, and we have been always confident that our interest has been put above his!
