Peter is amazing and I highly recommend him! After a month of apartment hunting with my partner and contacting close to a hundred brokers, our apartment lease signing fell through at the last minute with a different broker days before we were supposed to move in. After that, I happened to find Peter on an apartment listing app and he immediately got in contact with me. Peter looked at all aspects of our info and was willing to work with us despite us thinking that our credit scores and income were limiting our chances at finding a place. He proved me wrong and found us our DREAM apartment that was well within our budget, he was never pushy and worked very hard to make sure we got approved for the apartment. So many other brokers tried to sell us on apartments that were way above our max budget and didn't communicate effectively. He is by far the best person we've worked with. Peter checked in with us throughout the moving process even after the deal was done.
