Our agent Philip Armstrong was awesome! The loan on this property was pretty complicated and we ran into more complications that we have ever had buying real estate. Philip was on top of everything and made sure we made it to closing. Everything was great. Despite all the complications Philip came though for us.

I can’t say enough!! After buying and selling several homes, Philip was truly listening to us and didn’t even blink when we changed direction on what we wanted in a home.
