Rachael Duncan is by far the best realtor in the area. We were looking for a forever home and would not give up until we had the perfect one. We had a few things we had to have that are not easy to find leave alone all of them together, but she took us all over Humbolt county for a year looking at everything I sent her. From Gaberville, to Shelter Cove, Willow Creek to Trinidad and everywhere in between. She always had a Great attitude and she was knowledgeable and helpful in every step along the way. We ended up buying the perfect house in Crescent City, in a different county, and she went along with it all with a great attitude and professionalism. I tell everyone I talk to about Rachael. I've never done anything like buy property before and had no idea how to find an real estate agent to help me.
