Ive known Randy for a long time and am totally aware of his integrity and knowledge of the area I was interested in. He was there every step of the process and had my best interest in mind.

I chose Randy Juden as my broker because I felt comfortable working with him. Our first sit down session was very pleasant and he didnt push me to start looking right away. My personal financial situation delayed my search by about a year but I remembered Randy and his calm positive energy and felt good about selecting him. This may be one of the worst times to buy a house. We looked at over 60 properties and I had made four other offers before the fifth was accepted. Randy was extremely patient and very responsive in scheduling showing after showing. I wasnt completely sure initially about what I wanted so our searches were all over the city. Randy was always on time and helped keep me on schedule as well. I cant say enough positive things about Randys high level of support! Thanks to Randy I have a house! Couldnt have done it without his wonderful expertise especially this year!!

Not only is Randy a friend and neighbor but by being a neighbor I felt that he knew the neighborhood well so would have a better understanding of the neighborhood and how to priced our house for sale. Even though the place that we bought was out of the neighborhood we wanted to stick with one agent for the entire process. Randy was on top of everything before we even knew that there was anything to be on top of. For instance there was no mailbox key left for us and Randy made sure that the selling agent got us a key. Before we knew whether he was successful or not we went to the Post Office to inquire about have a key made and it would have cost us $40. I told them that I would wait to see if our agent was successful and 20 minutes after leaving the Post Office I had a text from Randy informing me that the keys were in the lockbox.

We appreciated Randy reaching out and letting us know he can help in our home search process, early on. And when we were ready we immediately felt comfortable with him and the skills and professionalism he displayed. Randy was knowledgeable, paid attention to detail, answered our many questions, and was very helpful in keeping our process moving to close in a timely manner. He was communicative with our out of state realtor during the challenging sale of our house in preparation of the close on our purchase. He had useful local connections for various steps in the process of buying that helped us save time and money.

Randy Juden had extensive local knowledge. When we met he came across as very professional and sincere. Listing the house and the process by which we did that was a family decision. When we first met Randy did a great job of speaking to all of us who were present and listening to our concerns. Randy did a wonderful job throughout the sales process. He kept us fully informed and appropriately offered guidance to us all along the way. He negotiated skillfully with prospective buyers and helped us to achieve a successful outcome. Randy was great to work with in every way. He is personable, polite and a very knowledgeable professional. Our best decision throughout this process was to choose Randy as our realtor.
