My husband and I just bought our first home, and Rhonda and Kim did an amazing job assisting us throughout the whole process. From the first interaction, we knew we were in good hands. They're genuine and honest, and will always give you their true opinion; if the house/apartment isn't a good investment, they will let you know, while if it is, they will be utterly excited for you. When we found our dream home, they walked us through closing and made the process go very smoothly. Even post-closing, they've continued to contact us about small updates and things to keep in mind. Would I recommend Kim and Rhonda to buy or sell a home? Without a doubt!! They were able to successfully sell my home at above asking price during the midst of the pandemic. My home was listed on the day the country was shut down and Kim and Rhonda had it under contract within two days. The offer was contingent which can be very tricky. They were able to hold the deal together and went above and beyond to make sure nothing slipped through the cracks. I would highly recommend this professional and fun team and suggest you use them if you are given the chance. You will not be disappointed.
