We had never met Rivers and Chip before meeting them at the home we eventually bought. We are so happy and lucky to have met such a wonderful couple to help us with the purchase of our new home. They made the time between bidding and closing as comfortable for us as possible. Rivers and Chip are very good at reading what you like and dislike and will do whatever they can to get you what you like. They made some recommendations for getting our house ready to sell and it was under contract after the first day we started showings. Rivers and Chip were extremely supportive throughout the buying and selling processes. They really have your best interests in mind and want you to be truly happy in your new home, so they provide honesty each step of the way. Our experience with Chip and Rivers Moon exceeded our expectations. I knew that when Chip agreed to show me a listing on a Sunday afternoon at 4 pm that your company was extraordinary. It didn't stop there, when Chip and Rivers would answer the phone and emails at night, weekends and even over the Easter weekend I knew these were the people I could trust and wanted to work with. From my experience there is nothing simple about buying a house and my recent purchase was no exception. There were issues with my lender, the inspection...as a matter of fact issues with everything, except the Realtors!
