Robert's previous experience as an estimator gave us key insights to aspects of homes we toured. In particular, he gave sound advise on potential problem areas; he has a great understanding of materials, architectural design, structure, and costs; and he knows so many great contractors for home needs--we hired some he recommended!

Rob was phenomenal to work with in selling our Potrero Hill loft condo. We knew he was the right agent to help us with our condo sale as he has lived in Potrero Hill for almost two decades and has worked in real estate for that entire time, and it shows. He had a clear vision of what it would take to get the highest price for our loft and laid it all out in a detailed plan for us. Rob managed the process from start to finish, including expertly advising on property improvements to prepare the loft for sale, project managing the various contractors that came through our unit to do the work, and implementing a marketing plan which was ultimately successful in driving traffic through the property and attracting multiple offers. Rob was amazing to work with! Friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable regarding the housing market in SF. He was especially detailed and responsive during closing, contacting me regularly and coordinating between all the involved parties. As a first time homeowner, it was important for me to work with a real estate agent who could handhold me through the entire process and help educate me on the steps along the way.
