    We had the pleasure of working with Sally Castengera and her grandson Evan Murray when we bought our beautiful Charleston single downtown. They truly make a great team. We lived on Daniel Island and dreamed of living downtown but also found it a bit daunting. Evan helped me do research to really understand all that we would deal with (flooding, parking, etc) and helped us find the perfect house and location. We couldn’t be more thrilled. Sally’s experience and savvy helped us to negotiate a contract and navigate through the process. We got into a bidding war and thanks to Sally we got the house!
