Samantha Harrison is an all-around amazing realtor whom I would recommend to anyone buying or selling in Queens. When I first started my coop-buying process, I was worried I'd never find a realtor who would give me the time of day given my low budget. From the beginning, however, Samantha was tireless, proactive and extremely responsive, acting as if I were her top priority. Like many coop sales, mine was a tricky one, but Samantha was there for it every step of the way, negotiating, prepping my application folder and giving me interview pointers, and providing wise counsel when the inevitable bumps happened along the roads. I never had to ask her to stake steps for me - she was always ahead of me fighting for my interests. She kept poking and prodding when others weren't acting fast, making sure I didn't lose time or money.
