This was my first time selling a house and Samuel Young made the whole process smoother and easier than I ever expected. I was selling my parents' house and told him upfront that I did not want the hassle of cleaning out the house or finding people to do the needed work. Sam took care of everything. I just wanted to fix the house enough to sell and didn't want to invest in any major remodel. We walked through the house and yard and Sam identified what needed to be fixed and also made suggestions of what could be done to make the house more appealing. We worked together to finalize the work to be done, which included painting inside/outside, replacing light fixtures, repairing the front/back yard fences, and cleaning up the yards. He managed all the work to be done and kept me updated on the status. When additional issues were found, he contacted me with the cost and got approval before moving forward. He scheduled all inspections and staged the house. When the house didn't sell after 2 weeks, Sam adjusted his sales strategy and we ended up selling the house in 4 weeks!
