Satoshi is amazing—we worked with him years ago in 2014 to buy our first apartment, and then called him six years later when we were looking to buy a house and sell our apartment (the experience was so good the first time, we didn’t want to work with anyone else). Satoshi is the nicest guy and such a calming presence throughout the whole process. It’s super easy to be in touch with him by text and phone and he is responsive to all questions.
