After deciding to move back to NYC from LA, we began working with Scott to sell our Williamsburg apartment (which we had been renting out) so that we could buy a multifamily townhouse somewhere in Brooklyn. Scott found a buyer pretty quickly - there were multiple offers within two weeks - and then we began searching for places in Bushwick, Clinton Hill and Bed-Stuy.

This was our first experience in the NYC market. Scott has good knowledge of the neighborhoods and buildings and provides good direction. He has a client first approach and spent many weekends helpings us find the right apartment and when we did, he gave sound guidance with the co-op board package/process.
