Our good friend Danielle referred us to Sean, and we are just so grateful. Sean was always so supportive of us, he responded quickly whenever we called with any questions or concerns, and he was tireless in his quest to help us find a dream home. At one point we were feeling a bit desperate that we may not find something that checked most of our boxes, and we discussed placing an offer on a place that we just weren't in love with and Sean gently talked us down off the ledge and said "I'm not selling you a property that you won't be happy in. Be patient, we are going to find you a great place". He was right! We love love love our new place! We have so much gratitude that we had Sean with his expertise, thougtfulness and insight to guide us in our search, it is very stressful looking for a new home and we are grateful we had Sean with us to navigate through that process.

He was sincere and diligent in helping us to find a home that would suit our needs and desires. Sean was quick and efficient in suggesting and scheduling different inspectors we needed when considering buying a home. He also was thorough in helping us to evaluate a home, both pluses and drawbacks, including all foreseeable realistic costs. Not daunted and never pushy, he did not mind that we decided not to purchase the first home we investigated at length, and he was very patient and kind in continuing on to find another. It worked out. I’m glad we did and we’re so excited about the property we purchased! He answered all of our questions along the way, about everything, as well as after the sale. He was always very communicative with us, and more than willing to go the extra mile. He is very trustworthy, and I would highly recommend him, and will definitely use him again if needed.

3/28/2022 We loved working with Sean for the purchase of our home. What immediately stood out was his in-depth local knowledge of each neighborhood, even specific streets within neighborhoods. We were impressed with how thoroughly he investigated comparable properties, sometimes even calling up agents from those previous sales to learn more details. We appreciated his timely and detailed responses to all of our questions over email. He never made us feel that we were asking a trivial question by answering each question with care. Sean took the time to understand us as individuals and gave us advice as if we were family. We felt we could place our trust in him for this important decision. Even after the sale was complete, Sean went out of his way to introduce us to contractors to help us with work that needed to get done on the house.
