Sheryl has been my trusted real estate agent for over 10 years. When I was preparing to return to the U.S. from Europe in late 2004, a former colleague/friend who had already returned to the U.S. referred me to Sheryl. I contacted her and she immediately began forwarding listings that met my criteria. I cannot say enough about Sheryl Lambson. She has been our agent for 13 years and has seen us through home purchases, sales, and even rentals. She is incredibly paatient and understands the stress involved in these decisions. She is there when you need her, she guides you well, and she ensures that you are taken care of, and HAPPY with your choice and the process. Sheryl Lambson was recommended to us by a friend, when we inherited a condominium that we wanted to immediately sell. She made a well-researched priving recommendation that was spot on, indicating her knowledge of the marketplace. Sheryl has worked with me for a number of years, first finding renters for my property, and then ultimately selling it when the time was right. My wife and I decided to return back to Washington, DC in January of this year. At that time we were based in Seattle and all of our initial research activity had to be accomplished long distance via computer. We were familiar with the "Pennsylvania" and surrounding Penn Quarter district and were intent on returning to that part of town. Our initial review of websites posted by DC area realtors showed few agents actively marketing the "Pennsylvania" except Sheryl. When contacted, Sheryl was knowledeable of the building and of the other camparable properties throughout the Penn Quarter area. We found Sheryl to be prompt in setting appointments and previewing properties prior to our transcontinental inspection trips. She provided us with expert advice in the final selection and purchase of our unit to have been fair and impartial even as she represented both buyer and seller in this transaction. We would certainly use Sheryl again if the opportunity arose and we commend her to you. 

As a first time home buyer, I found the experience of finding and buying a home to be both exciting and scary. Sheryl was a wonderful guide to both the market and the financial intricacies of the process, plus she was terrific at reassuring me through the scary parts. She was always accesible to me, I felt she understood my needs and gave me good advice, and she's a lot of fun to work with! It has been some time since we last heard your cheery voice on our answering machine and we miss it. You did everything you promised and more in the prompt sale of our condominium in a less than promising market. We expected, or at least hoped, for that; but you did much more in determining which repairs and upgrades were necessary for sale and then supervising and coordinating the work. You were also instrumental in preparing the unit for sale having it cleaned as necessary and removing the accumulated surplus of goods of sixteen years. Where practical, you advertised and secured the sale of the furniture. At all times you displayed professionalism and extraordinary enthusiasm for the project.
