Over 20 years ago, we met Sue DeHaven when we were thinking about moving out of Hopewell Township. She helped us to look for homes then and educated us on what we needed to know about listing our home. For reasons beyond our control, we decided to take our house off the market and stayed in the township until now. We always remembered Sue and the great help she was at the time. So when it was time to list again we thought of no one else but Sue. Sue came to our home several times in the last few years, advising us on what we should fix to get the best return, offering CMAs and ultimately guiding us through the home selling process. Her expertise, time and care not just helped us get the best return, but helped calm us when things got crazy post-offer to closing dealing with inspections and concessions.
