    Susan was unfailingly engaged, helpful, and persistent through what turned out to be a very long sales process. The apartment was problematic, and more problems kept emerging. It was small, with not quite enough space for a proper bedroom and no view. Great building, but not a trendy neighborhood, and in a co-op with a fussy board, restrictive policies, and high maintenance. It needed work that we couldn't manage as long-distance sellers. On top of all this, we were selling as part of an estate during the pandemic, with all the economic and demographic upheavals of the times.
