Susan was unfailingly engaged, helpful, and persistent through what turned out to be a very long sales process. The apartment was problematic, and more problems kept emerging. It was small, with not quite enough space for a proper bedroom and no view. Great building, but not a trendy neighborhood, and in a co-op with a fussy board, restrictive policies, and high maintenance. It needed work that we couldn't manage as long-distance sellers. On top of all this, we were selling as part of an estate during the pandemic, with all the economic and demographic upheavals of the times. Susan was our loyal guide throughout the entire process, and we seriously couldn't have gotten to the end without her endless help with things that needed doing in person, and her patience, energy, and drive to find us a very specific kind of buyer.
