My wife and I were extremely fortunate to acquire the real estate services of Tammi Curran. From the time of initial meeting through final settlement, Tammi was actively engaged with our process. She went above-and-beyond by regularly making a long trek from Annandale to Ashburn, in order to personally meet with us to assist with preparing our home for sale, hosting well attended open houses, crafting a realistic sale price, and a smart approach to managing offers. I am a first time homeowner/purchaser, so Tammi made time to explain the process to me and answer my million questions at any time of the day. She made certain that the areas and communities I was considering were safe and met my criteria (dog friendly, commuter friendly, car free lifestyle friendly). She is simply THE BEST!

I met with Tammi Curran last September to discuss the sale of my home in Fairfax Station. I wanted to have the house ready for the Spring sales market and needed to begin the process of downsizing for my next move. Tammi suggested a timetable that was tremendously helpful in allowing me to meet my goal. She thoroughly researched the sales in my neighborhood, and after touring my home, she told me that she was confident I could get a much higher price than the most recent comps.
