My experience with Thomas was great! He understood what I am looking for and managed to give me a number of options to choose from. I have dealt with Thomas remotely given that I was outside the US and nonetheless, Thomas looked after my interest as if I was there in person providing me with detailed information on the property I was interested to pursue, in addition to facilitating the overall journey. I will definitely recommend Thomas to family and friends (I already did!).

Thomas Auger is an excellent excellent person to work with, extremely helpful in finding the perfect place for you in the city, he also gives you a complete background about the areas you visit. he will spend hours in searching around and in showing you different options to find a place. I highly recommend to work with Thomas Auger, he is honest and transparent in everything, he also explains everything you need to know if you are new to the city. Thomas was an incredibly helpful resource throughout the apartment hunting experience. He really takes the time to make sure that he understands your criteria, and does the leg-work to make sure that you see as many apartments that fit your criteria as possible. When you meet Thomas, it's clear that he's on your side and he wants you to find a space that, simply put, will make you happy. I spent seven days looking for apartments with Thomas and by the end of it I felt like I really understood the market and that the apartment we had selected was the best one possible. Thomas was also incredibly helpful during the application experience. He knows exactly what you need to say or show in order to maximize your chance of a quick approval and has a great relationship with a lot of the property management companies. Overall, I would highly recommend working with Thomas! Also, he's just a kind and thoughtful person, which makes him fun to explore NYC with.

Thomas is hands down the best broker I've ever worked with! He genuinely cares about his clients and their well being, and takes the time to thoroughly understand what they're looking for when renting their next home. Most brokers in NYC will automatically tell you that what you're looking for is unachievable and will push you in whatever direction fits their agenda, but Thomas does the complete opposite and presented us with a lot of options that checked every box we needed right off the bat. He kept our options clear, organized via GoogleDoc, and thoughtfully took the time to hear what we liked and didn't like about each one to help guide finding additional apartments. Thomas is also extremely friendly and approachable, two important traits that most brokers are usually lacking.
