Tom did an outstanding job navigating my first time homebuying experience. I had expected it to be daunting, but he was our friendly, knowledgeable sherpa all the way! Made it seem simple. He helped me negotiate a fair offer, worked with my daughter throughout all the inspections, offered good advice on a re-negotiation once we became aware of needed repairs, and always responded in a timely manner. You can't go wrong with Tom on your side!

Tom truly went above and beyond with selling our house. It wasn't an easy sell and Tom held over 30 open houses. He was always available for meetings and strategizing. An awesome person to work with!

I was relocating from Oregon to California. Tom did the original walk through with my son, who lives locally, of the house that I was interested in and based on what I was looking for he pulled together a list of houses to view when I was down in CA. He new the area and looked only for houses that met my needs. I found just what I wanted and he worked with the sellers to make an offer and to hold the house until I sold mine in OR. He worked with my realtor in Oregon to stay on top of what was happening and made good suggestions on pricing and keeping the sellers in CA happy. He always responded quickly and had good information. He was also a friendly and supportive member of the team that successfully got me into the house of my dreams!

Tom was very easy to work with, very responsive, and an overall great dude. Navigating the homebuying process is a pain and it makes it much easier when you have a guy like Tom.

He also responded to my questions very quickly and with clear concise answers. He explained everything to me that I needed to know as a first time buyer. Not only did he guide us through which neighborhood would match with what we are looking for but also took the time to work with us over a 4 month period. When we finally found the perfect home Tom pushed for us and remained steadfast in making sure we were represented.
